Shipping Policy

Tracking updates appear within 1–2 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime at: emmafy.co/pages/track-your-order
Shipping times may vary due to product availability. My Store reserves the right to cancel orders involving unavailable products — affected customers will be contacted directly.
Good news — we currently cover all customs fees and import tariffs for you: there are no extra charges on delivery. We can't guarantee how long this policy will last, but any change would only apply to future orders.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
