Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get it?
Most customers receive theirs within 6–12 business days, with 3 tracking updates along the way. We ship from the closest location available to get it to you faster.
Are there any extra fees or tariffs?
No — we currently cover all customs fees and import tariffs for you — but we can’t guarantee how long this policy will last, especially with rising shipping and import costs. Order now to lock in today’s price.
I bought a similar bag on Amazon and felt scammed — why is yours better?
Unlike cheap knockoffs, Quilty uses thick quilted cotton with reinforced stitching, a structured gingham-lined interior, and padded loop handles — built to last and look good while doing it.
What can I fit inside the Quilty?
Way more than you'd think. Customers regularly fit diapers, baby wipes, a coloring book, snack pouches, a water bottle, a wallet, keys, and still have room left. It's bigger than the photos suggest — measured at 12.6" L × 10.2" W × 9.8" H, with a deep open-top main compartment.
Is the Quilty machine washable?
Yes! The Quilty is made of 100% quilted cotton and can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to keep its shape.
Are the handles sturdy?
Yes. The handles are padded and reinforced with internal stitching, designed to hold the basket fully loaded without sagging or digging into your arm. Unlike thin canvas tote straps, ours stay comfortable even when packed.
Can I fold it flat for storage?
Yes. When empty, the Quilty collapses flat for easy storage — stack it in a closet, slide it under a shelf, or keep it in the trunk between uses. No bulky permanent shape taking up space.
What can I fit inside the Quilty?
A lot more than you'd think! Customers have fit snacks, diapers, wipes, water bottles, coloring books, a travel potty, keys, their phone, and more — all at once. It's the everything basket.
Are the colors true to what I see online?
Yes — photographed in natural light for an accurate, true-to-life look.
How fast do popular colors sell out?
Some colors are so loved they sell out in just a few days — Our last restock sold out in under a week — if you see your favorite in stock, grab it now.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes — shop risk-free with 90-day returns, a local return address, and fast refunds (processed within 48h after scan)
